SHIPPING & RETURNS
The items you have ordered will be shipped based on product availability and order quantity,
which may take up to 24-48 business hours for processing.
Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout. For orders with a total amount over $200,
We offer free 5-8 business day delivery within Canada.
Shipping to the United States is free for orders over $250, and it includes 5-8 business day delivery.
PLEASE NOTE
Customs Policy - Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient
and will be collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the checkout total.
They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are beyond our control.
As these fees vary from country to country, it is not possible for us to estimate them.
The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to customs charges,
the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier,
and, therefore, the order is not eligible for a refund.
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for any item/s.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once an order has shipped and is in transit,
it is not possible to cancel the order.
LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit.
It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate the packages. However, we will do everything in our power to assist you.
We highly recommend selecting a delivery address you trust
and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.

All returned items are eligible for product exchange only (except for damaged items).
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.
It must be returned within 10 days from the day you received it, in its original condition and packaging.
Incomplete or damaged return items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return costs (postage, packaging, and other costs) are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping costs due to our error will be covered by the company.
Products sent unilaterally without prior notice will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-refundable Items: Sale items, coupon discounted items, pre-order items, knit products,
white products, delicate fabrics, jewelry, hats, etc.
